Green card (conditional permanent residency) is automatic once you get the US
fiancee visa-which takes 6 or more months.. Longer if you marry in her country for some reason
Conditional Permanent Residency is automatic upon entry to US
Non-conditional residency aka Green Card - 2 yrs later
US citizenship - 1 year after that
