The other thread got me thinking about guns and self defense. I think alot of people feel like they could shoot someone if they felt threatened or if their family were threatened, but if you really dig down and think about it, could you do it? Could you take a life? Obviously no one can know 100% for sure until they are faced with that situation but while I have respect for human life, I really don't think I could shed a tear for killing someone who posed a threat to my or my families' life.

If you could bring yourself to end a persons life, do you think it would haunt you or cause emotional problems down the road? Or would you sleep easily knowing you took one more useless fucker out of this world?
