i go all the time. it is dead in a lot of places. and YES construction has stopped in many brand new communities. I have been shopping for a place for a few months now, and everyone seems to be SOOO upside down in their mortgages, and there are also TONS of foreclosures. banks are pulling out of florida left & right .... great buyers market.
