You guys should really step outside yourselves and NOT give Nick the traditional welcome.
If ANYBODY on this forum appreciates a truly no bullshit type of guy that will not lie to you or give you false promises, NICK IS ONE OF THOSE GUYS.
We install all types of headers on our customer's vipers. Since I have installed Nick's headers, hands down, the QUALITY OF MATERIAL, WORKMANSHIP, AND TIME SPENT ON THESE HEADERS.... speaks for themselves.
I truly believe nobody should be taken advantage of and I would not take advantage of anybody. The cost in Material to build this header probably far exceeds most any on the market due to the 304SS steel used. Nick really takes pride in his work and you will see that.
He is working on a special stud kit and gasket setup to be included in these headers. His headers are honestly what many viper owners have been waiting for.
Lets face it, Belanger headers are nice, it's coated aluminized pipe, and makes great torque and good power. BUT we have seen as much as 40rwhp gains on supercharged cars switching from Belanger to B&B headers. Unfortunately B&B's are a slip tube and on some cars it's hard to stop the tubes from leaking over time. Sounds like you have small exhaust leaks.
Nick's headers are the best of both worlds, power with no leaky slip tubes. Smooth installation, no jacking up motors, no excuses.I have installed these and because I believe in them I am having a few sets shipped to me just for dyno purposes.
I will have 2 gen3 setups shipped ( 1 5/8 stepped to 13/4 with a true merge collector) and another a full 1 3/4 set. Each will have nicks high flow cats installed.
I will be installing these on a BONE STOCK 2006 VOI9 Coupe. I will be posting before and after Dyno results to show exactly what the differences are. No guesses, just facts. When finished I will post up the Dyno sheets and maybe even a video of all runs so there is no questions.
Everybody on the board here that knows me knows I'm straight up honest and if the numbers suck....your gonna know.....if they are great, your gonna see it with your own eyes..
More to come on this soon. Nick is building the headers for me as we speak.
Stay tuned, I think you all will be pleasantly surprised.
