I still stand by my statement..If he only got one pass because it started raining then it means it was humid...I live in Hawaii where it rains a lot ( tropical rain forest) and when it's about to rain Ill run 119-121 mph....Clear skies with no hint of rain what so ever and Ill run 121-123....
The temp is always around 75 degrees weather it's raining or not...Reguardless a 11.5 at 126 mph is incredibly impressive for a one time only run..
