The car is on street tires which will spin from power but not break parts because the street tires won't grip enough to cause enough stress on the drivetrain to break it. Minimal $$$ spent in performance upgrades will yield and unlock insane numbers in that car.

AWD and Street tires is more than enough to break parts. Just ask any DSM or 3000GT/Stealth owner.
