I've seen this chart before.

When you compare the huge power differences between the blue (LS7) and Green ('08 Viper) horse and torque curves, and then consider that the '08 Viper "barely" beats the LS7 on a track where it counts, it's obvious to to see how bad the ZR-1 will embarrass the new Viper.

I REALLY like the '08 Viper, and amazing power numbers are to be had with very little modifications. But the reality is that these two cars compared stock versus stock, or modified at equivalent power will not perform the same. The ZR-1 clearly has the advantage.
