Ok Joseph, here is the deal. rather then go point for point here and bore the masses by quoting your post let me tell you how it is (the way I see it anyway). You don't like Kevin for some unknown reason. I saw this because as a friend Kevin and I talk, ALOT. Occasionally your name comes up and it is usually in Kevins confusion of why YOU continue to belittle his company and his customers. I have listened to almost everyone of CPE's corner berate my decision to send my car to Kevin to go forward with a supercharger build rather then Paolo's DIY TT kit. Most of the jabs have been friendly ones like Greg Good telling me I have TT envy or something along those lines. I have gotten innocent jabs from Jay, Dubs, as well as Ed in regards to my choice. Let me repeat that again Joseph, MY CHOICE. The out from left field, curve ball, beamers to the ballsack always came from you. Perfect example is regarding the thread yesterday at the vca on the salvage history car that guy was selling. Out of nowhere and completely unprovoked you again took another jab at Kevin , my car, and my choice. I am supposed to respect your choices?

The only truly insulting thing you really mentioned was thinking I called to speak to Greg in reference to you. Greg knows why I called him and although your name did come up, I did not have any intention of "pumping" Greg for information. Whether you bring your car to Bradenton or not is really of zero interest of me. Greg and I had a subtle tit for tat with words online again, regarding my posts on the salvage history GTS thread and that is why I felt the need to speak to the man. Don't inflate your ego anymore then it seems to be in thinking it was indeed something it was not. Hopefully Greg realized from his conversations with me that again You were not the reason for my call. It really shouldn't be too difficult for you to figure where I got my info from but again if they wish to post it, that is on them. I did what I did because up to today, you have shown zero respect for MY decision to do what I want for MY OWN vehicle.

I am very happy for you that you have the time and desire to wrench on your own car. I love these cars as much as you do I'm sure, but would rather send it off to be worked on by professionals rather than risk learning through trial and error. That is the beauty of using someone like Kevin, or Heffner, or DLM etc. Sure they have blown engines, broke stuff, and know what works. Why would I want to step in many of the pitfalls these guys have learned to avoid. You wish to get your hands dirty, great. Respect my choice not to.

I am flying down to Fl Joseph and as I have said several times here am bringing my 3 year old boy along for the trip. He idolizes these cars. Otherwise I would absolutely have taken you up on the offer to drop by for a visit.

The bottom line in all of this is if you have an issue with Kevin or his shop why not take it up with him? Why the animosity towards his customers like me for doing what they want to do with their own money? I would like to take you up on that offer sometime and journey to the south for the meet and greet. Since you are not coming to Bradenton, when would you like to do this?
