In this case, that may be true; but that doesn't read as a blanket statement to me, sounds more like a case-by-case basis. From a practical perspective, wouldn't it make sense that a new owner would have to find "reasonable" solutions to issues that were outside his control? If someone wants more than they can offer, well, where does compromise leave you?
