Assuming it was legit. This is why I started a thread about RSI. You need to post less Doug. Your answer wreaks of sarcasm. Sounds like an atty covering the tracks of his guilty client. The more you post the deeper you dig your own business grave. You need to let this thread die Doug before more ex RSI customers start to voice their opinions.

In depth investigation, that line sealed it for me.


After his response who in their right mind would want to call RSI to talk about
a legitimate problem that arouse from their work. Most would never call you back after reading your posts. I rather move on and have someone else fix it and then share the experience with other owners.
