I am not personally familiar with DLM or Heffner's warranty policy, and thus can not comment nor compare what they offer. We have found that when you give a customer a no-questions-ask 100% blanket warranty they tend to be rather abusive of their doubled or tripled horsepower vehicle.
Racing Solutions is a business model designed to provide customers high quality parts and service for a reasonable price while producing a profit to both stay in business and grow. Now, we could significantly raise our prices, thus building in a "warranty" being paid for, but would rather rely on our expertise and quality workmanship and our customers' common sense to properly maintain their "new" snake.
This keeps our pricing down, and in the overwhelming majority of the builds, there is nothing to ever discuss anyhow in regards to something going wrong.
