Let me elaborate, all of the parts we carry have a manufacturers warranty therefore if a part was found to be defective it would be covered by the manufacturer. All of our cars are thoroughly tested before they leave to ensure that all parts are installed correctly and the vehicle is running properly before leaving our facility. Years of experience in this industry has shown that many times failures are the fault of the customer and this is why we cannot offer a no questions asked warranty but if we are ever at fault or there is a manufacture defected item, we would do everything within reason to solve the issue.
Cliffs notes: Its all on a case by case basis but if a car doesn't blow up or leak after 50 runs on our dyno in the dead heat of summer and leaves our facility behaving perfectly the odds of something being defective are reduced to zero. At that point it is the customer's responsibility to maintain the vehicle properly according to a new set of specifications.
All of our customers are well aware of our goals and conditions as well as the requirements that their newly modified Viper has. We hide nothing and I couldn't be more proud of our current staff and the work they are doing.
