I found out that is what I could do with a socket, but later found out that pulley is the oil pump pulley. The snout of the crank is behind it. Different design than most cars.
I will be ordering new steel liners and also JE pistions plus maybe bump the compression a little. But I am not doing that now. I am just going to stock pile parts for the future. I mght even go to the extent of buying a new crank to have. We will see.
