Coils are in the back above the bellhousing.. It's real easy to pinch a wire or knock one loose.. I hope you didn't get a wire between the bellhousing and engine... I did that on a customer's Jeep.. cut the o2 sensor harness connector clean off. Had to pull the trans back out and only had about 1" of harness to cut and splice the 4 wires back with.. Not fun. Oh yeah, they were WAITING. Grr...
