Just an observation while at the track.... Alot of people like to sit inside the water box and spin the tires 1 revolution to get them wet. Then they proceed through the water box (with drenched tires and dripping fenders) and execute a burnout. Be careful doing this, as you will sling water all up in the wheel wells and it will be dripping off, onto your tires as you approach the line for your launch. I recomend rolling "through" the water box slowly (not slinging water) and then begin your burnout. Our cars have enough power to spin the tires, so we don't need to "saturate" them in water and sling it everywhere potentially causing an accident when you get out of the hole. you will still sling a little water, but it will be minimal. It sure would suck to "jerk" out of the hole and cause a few large drops of water to land on the slicks... Then the sliding and wall dodging begins...
