or... they want an asshole to route out the union workers and go-slow and in-efficient workforce and make it lean and mean...
then maybe they'll replace him with a visionary
to survive Chrysler will need to lead the way in the US out of the union dominated culture to hopefully a "Toyota model" that blends both worker satisfaction and efficiency and quality in a way no US maker has got remotely even close to yet... to make the US car maker able to compete on the world market - will require a lot of pain, but it could be worth it if balanced with great vision
