Well...there are some vendors on this board that have stolen and continue to steal from past/current customers (Viper Owners)...and yet they are still in business/continue to do business. I'd say your offenses are very minor.
Continue doing what you are doing. You seem to get a lot of both new and repeat business from locals and from people a great distance away. I don't think I have heard a disparaging word (implied, stated or otherwise) from a prior customer. I think that speaks volumes about who you are and your business ethics.
