Again it is not that said Viper tech could not do it, it was that he just DID NOT finish it. He is more than capable to do it he just didn't finish it. You will have to ask the owner why he didn't finish it because I do not know why. We all need to stop reading more it into this than there is. The tech DID NOT finish it end of story. Stop looking for the dark lining there is not one. Car didn't get finished in a time frame the owner wanted and it pissed kim off so he sold it. I also think he was tired of spending money to have it finished. He paid once to have it finished and that did not get done, why would he want to spend more money to finish it?
