I've also heard of several trannies going south possibly due to this mod as torque management goes out the window, and lastly from someone who dynoed their truck that they had a 5hp net hp gain and 50 tq from the pcm upgrade. Just the flip side of the coin, to put things in perspective. If you only get a 5hp gain.. and a compromised transmission then $1200 seems like a heck of a lot.

Dude Torque Managemnet has nothing to do with Trannies going south or Burning out. It was Only their For the tranny because of Towing applications. Actually Racing is about 100% safer on the transmission than towing. remember the torque management was their only beacause of the tow. This tranny is able to handle 550 at the wheels.
