The LEO Stamp doesnt mean anything and may hurt the value a little bit as the laws stand right now. Some states still have the ban, so you have a smaller market for such weapons.

If they ever pass the ban again, it wont mean anything as weapons are now made in the exact same configuration without the markings. Their is no "LEO" version anymore unless it is a select fire weapon.

If you paid a dime over the regular market value for a brand new Bushmaster M4 clone (a real M4 has a selector switch, I believe what you have is a XM15-E2S) you paid too much. ( for a deal you would have paid 900-1000, retail is about 1000-1100.)

Other than that, it is a fine rifle.
