You may just be right. I went to what at the time was the first Packer home playoff game in like 20 years back in 1994 or so and the Packers held Barry Sanders to -1 yards on the frozen tundra. Rumor has it the Packers flooded the field the day before the game to make sure it lived up to the "frozen tundra" of legend.
