The incoming officers have a healthy hate on for Neddy, he will be gone ASAP after they take control.
As for buying that crank out, I doubt that will happen either. The bottom line is that if he tries to play hardball, Dodge/VCA (who supposedly now own viperclub.org) could simply close the site and start a new one minus Mr. Flanders and his crooked revenue skimming deal.
