Great race James. I'm just glad to see you are enjoying the car and driving it too. That's what they are built for. (Dyno queens need not to reply) I have nothing to hide though. I did put HKS 272 cams and a VW intake on the car since our last race. It was a great run none the less. I am currently looking at a bigger turbo to take advantage of those upgrades but I don't know if I'll have it by the time you leave for Cali. My 67 is just maxed out right now and outside it efficency range (VE).
Let me be honest to say I'm not making excuses. James you beat me fair and square. As you know it takes a while to get the right combo that works. Maybe if you stop by later in LV with a bigger pulley and me with a bigger turbo..... Round 3???? Until then I'll just keep that pesky GTO busy.
I would also like to take this moment to thank all those that have helped me with my car- Dana at virtualworks, Garth Weaver at LEP, Mike Angel at Factor(y) X, and my "old lady" for letting me go out and play on sundays and get beat!
