If there is a problem with speeding in residential then the cops would be out there adding to their retirement package. Let the oinkers know, force them to do their job. I have no problem with busting speeders in residential.
But that doesn't absolve parents for allowing their little brats to run out on the street. Swat a little two-year-old on the ass a few times and they'll learn.
The candyasses are trying to clutter up my neighborhood with those ugly, unsightly speed bumps. I've been going to meetings for the past year listening to parents whining about their precious little brats and not one of them taking responsibility for disciplining the fuckers. My neighborhood hasn't had not one single traffic related fatality in it's 50-year history. Fucking asshole parents.
