Idiot and irresponsible parents like those assholes as well as overprotective candyass' are the reason neighborhood streets get fucked up with speed bumps.
The kid will be fine. If an adult was hit by a vehicle going fast enough to toss a kid 70 feet the adult would be dead. Kids are resilient in every aspect.
