JMO but it doesn't make sense to set the starting bid so close to your buy it now price (and with the reserve apparently wedged somewhere in between). There is nothing wrong with setting the reserve and buy it now close together (or even the same), but a lower starting bid would at least get some people bidding on it and interested in it, which is the main premise of an auction concept. As it is you probably aren't going to get any bids unless someone is ready to hit the buy it now too so it's effectively a one-price sale rather than an auction.
