IMO I think the SRT is a pretty slick car. They definitely look better in person than in photographs. This weekend I had the oppurtunity to see a nice SRT10 parked right next to a GTS and even though the GTS to me is the best viper the SRT10 definitely looked pretty badass. I think the SRT10 was a success because it appeals more to the mass market which is where the money is for DC. Honestly car enthusiasts who are going to the mod the piss out of a car make up maybe 5% of the market so its important for them to make a car that everyone else likes. A lot of people complained about the heat and ride quality and all that crap with the Gen II and Dodge seemingly did a good job in accomodating all those so called issues.

If I could afford it I would definitely pick up an SRT, would I sell my GTS for it? Probably not but the SRT10 is far from a failure
