I understand where you're coming from, as I've done more nitrous installs than I care to recall. It can be done so as to be removed w/o a trace, heck you can install them in a way that it takes a very very close look to find it. But it's still a fact that when driveline parts break from nitrous use it's easy to spot. Not trying to start shit, just telling you what i've seen from personal experience.
On my own personal car (creampuff gts) I wouldn't be worried to hit it with a 200 shot on pump gas, doing the tuning myself. And given the conditions I wouldn't be too leary to push 300 on leaded fuel. But I wouldn't expect anthing to be covered under warranty what so ever.
