I say we monitor the little girl. Every time she wakes up from a nightmare or bursts into tears over the horrible acts of this sub-human, we cut 6oz of flesh out of the guy. Start at the toes and work our way up!

To harsh? Do you think the Dept. of Corrections has paperwork for that?
