Paulo,

I appreciate your input...however, my question is more about stock block durability/strength than about turbo sizing. I am pretty confident about my ability to read a compressor map and to understand turbo sizing. Given that, I'm hoping that as many S/C guys post their expereinces as turbo guys. I'm surprised that this topic hasn't been covered much more than it has.
