I was watching football on Sunday (watching, not playing), and I felt a sharp pain in my left foot like someone had stuck a knife in it. When I reached down to the sore spot I felt a big lump that seemed like bone sticking out of my foot.

Long story short, apparantly I broke my foot some time ago and didn't realize it, and a piece of the bone has broken off from the spot of the separation.

Getting a cast on it tomorrow morning.
