Have them bring the second line to the demarc (box outside your house).

Attach the new line to the second unused set of wires throughout the house (yellow/black or possibly orange/white combo)

Open the jack you wish to plug the two line phone into, and make sure all 4 wires are connected to the terminal.

Plug the phone in.

Enjoy.
