Deer are like extra large squirrels when it comes to brains and cars on the road, except your can't just run over them and flatten them like a squirrel. I recently read that mountain lions have been spotted in Kentucky, making Ohio the last state east of the Missississississippi that doesn't have mountain lions. Ohio has a huge over population of deer (or a huge overpopulation of people depending on whether you are asking the deer or the people), so it's just a matter of time before the mountain lions return to Ohio to eat some surplus deer (and slow moving humans).
