In America Kobe is completely innocent until proven guilty. By letting the jury know this girl had other sex partners does that prove that Kobe is innocent or just cloud the water. No is no and rape is rape no matter what her past is or is not. (I am not calling him guilty, just making a statement)
What is the difference, she screwed another guy just before I raped her so "Olly Olly oxen free free free" We all only hear the different attorney spins for the day and this should be about Kobe and the slut, I mean the other women. This is being played out in the press and Kobe's attorney is doing a good job of using the press.
If he is innocent this pc. will end up costing him $100,000,000.00 by the time it is over. Endorsements have fallen off to almost zero and if he is innocent this lady should have to pay. Being a star makes you a target and hopefully this will be a good lesson.

If she has had multiple partners Kobe best hope she does not have aids.
