Yea, Craig! I (attempted) to flush the tranny fluid @ 65k miles. There was enough metal in the pan that it was completely covered on the bottom with metal. The magnet could not hold on to any more. It was barely holding togher. They said that it would go anytime. I decided then to bring it to Ford and it cose $2400. It sis come with a 3/36 warantee on it though...
