JR. I applaude you on this post!!!..it is straight forward ond to the point!!!...it's hard to please all the people all the time!!..i work here at my dealership and am constantly hounded by the sales dept to do things for them...i get started and get into the middle of what they want to do and they always change things on me....even after we agree on what they wanted from the start...it's gotten now where i jus don't help them anymore cause i know it's gonna end up not like i believe it should be done and they will want it half-assed!!..(pardon my french).....so i know exactly what you went thru....Len
