Not if I wish to remain employed in the same company. In my field we have little or no competition(or at least we have over 70% of the market currently). I enjoy what I do, and the co has given me an assurance that I have a position here has long as I want it.

I was thinking of attempting a condo close to here(work), then looking into a mooring with a friend. (Who happens to be my ENT specialist) He too is a boater, and we are trying trying to get his Luhrs running after 8 years on hard. (Starter is rusted frozen)

And boats end up to be money pits that float.
