You beat me to it Craig. A friend at work just showed that to me. It's a cartoon from Al Jazeera. Just think of that, it's essentially an everyday newspaper cartoon from the leading publication in the Arab world. Can you even imagine anything of that ilk running in the Washington Post if a similar tragedy had occurred in the Arab world? As if they'll ever have any astronauts, but play along with me here ok?

I think that little drawing pretty much says it all about the primitive barbarian ignorance of the Arab Islamic world. This is how they think, this is how they look at religion and technology and speaks to how much they hate the West. To glory in the fatal disaster of a civilian enterprise of exploration, manned by people of Asian, African and European descent. I tell you people, they hate us just because we are American and we have made for ourselves what they cannot make for themselves ... success.

These are darkly ignorant, primitive and venal people. No illusions folks, it's us versus them ... the light of the Western future versus the dark of the feudal Islamic past.
