By the time you're done with parts and labor and fixing the smashed exhaust they didn't seem to mention, you might as well buy a new one. The only way you "save" on this is if you know or own a pro repair shop so the most it costs you is the 12K in new parts and maybe throw in a high flow exhaust while it's opened up.
