I think you have to ask yourself how you would feel if you got screwed so badly by a tuner/builder.
In a way, he has been succesful in his endeavor. After seeing what happened to his car, I would probably never take any business to Macedo.

I agree, but there is a right way to do this and then there is what he is doing now. Granted he did not get what he paid for, but he should only be re-hashing his experience if there is a subject matter that involves someone looking for a tuner as that would be relative to the subject matter.

To post a "Happy Birthday" post just to remind everyone of what happened to him? Dude, just let it go...this should not be all consuming in your life. Settle it legally, and have the comfort in knowing that your story is out there about what happened and the damage has been done.
