Maybe I am a bit biased, but I think it was clear to anyone who was at the One Lap this year as to which driver was the dominant driver and which car was the dominant car. The overall final points dont reflect this (we got 2nd place by 85 points). The second place overall trophy doesnt say 12 out of 14 road race wins by large margins. But I say that Chris and the ACR kicked ass in the One Lap this year.

Not bad for the ACR's first real world track competition.
With all due respect Mr. Hennessey, Mark readily admits that he is not the fastest driver, nor is his 996TT the fastest car out there (Hey, he's a tractor dealer here in Connecticut, not a pro driver). However, I submit to you that he and his teammate Drew are the SMARTEST racers as they understood how the rules worked and planned their race strategy accordingly. If the rules were different, their strategy may have been different.

Congratulations to Mark and Drew on their 5-peat!

Sincerely,

Paul
