Probably true. I still would rather have that. Then I can mod it to my liking.

I have had one car that was modded by a previous owner, and it was a low mileage one owner expeditition (10" lift, 36 X 16.50 tires,fully modded, stereo, body, exhaust, intke, etc. etc). Long story short, that car cause me a lot of headaches.

My reasoning is that because this car has not been modded, the likelihood/probability of it having been ragged is a lot less than it would be if the car had a paxton, for instance.
I assume that if you had a paxton or TT, you used it. The only exception to this is if I know the tuner to a degree and they know the owner.....old man who did it for bragging rights, doesn't drive it often or track it would be perfect to buy a modded car from IMO
