Bush is a republican president, congress is democrat controlled. Funny that no matter how poorly Bush's approval rating is, Congress' approval rating is always 6-10 points lower.
It's hard to be an effective president when the democrat controlled congress main objective is to destroy you. Real fucking smart moves for our country.
