The rest of the truck is good old dodge junk and anything over 70 horse chip will blow the converter. Also the cummins does not turn as high rpm's. All Iam saying is that a programmer and a dpf delete pipe and low 13's to high 12's has put ford to be competitive with the duramax. As far as warranty turn off the program and replace the dpf delete pipe (a couple bolts) with the stock one and its back to normal. They are just starting to crack some of the codes and one of the ford engineers said they had to lstart from scratch because the 6.0 was such a different motor. And be honest, riding in a dodge in like being smotherd in cheap plastic, I would take a gmc or ford any day just because i like to be comfortable in my daily driver lol. But without a doubt the cummins is a great motor and my buddy has one in his convertible offshore boat and it really is low maintenance.

So they can tune now to stop regen? Getting rid of that stuff and running open with new exhaust etc, how was gas mileage?
