My friend, Matt, was assigned, along with about 4 or 5 other guys to sort out all of the issues (engineering consulting firm). When they told Ford the issues were not electronic, they were fundamental to the design of the engine, Ford told them to patch it up as best they could. He says the 6.4 is even worse than the 6.0 that Ford pulled off the market after a few years.
