Hold both buttons down for about 5 seconds and car will beep. FOB's will then be programed to car. This assumes battery is at full charge too so you can reprogram. Pop hod, let charge up, reprogram FOB's, then start car. If it doesn't start then, you post what it is doing. You cannot diagnose a non starting car until it has a good charged battery my friend.
