You would think that Billy - or even Miley - would have PR people that would test this stuff out with a sample group or something... This little girl, in Disney's eyes, is BILLIONS - surely the parents knew that as well - and you would think besides the PR people they must have - surely I would have people calculating moves - and determining what is best for the $...
I honestly did not think showing the back was bad - but - someone might have wanted to get a more public reaction of this because it sounds like the media is gonna serve her up...
