Even if what you said is true, I dont know of any business that would not make sure someone got their product NO MATTER WHAT. By you trying to give his wheels away shows bitterness towards him. I would have been very impressed if you had reached out to him
even now and got him the wheels. Every business must deal with impatient customers, but i'm sure something is being left out.
