Barry, sorry to hear of this BS. I have a suspicion that in the end this will just give some background as to charactor. Their are two sides to every story but there is some truth in everything. Heffner may not be a good biz partner, he builds some cars many repect(his company does anyway). UR builds cars I repect and has earned the respect of everyone I know he has done biz with. That carries much more weight.
