Marketing and business practices shouldn't be confused. Marketing is about image and brand recognition. Business practices deal with the customers individually and taking care of their needs. Every customer should be your most important customer.
I'm not a mud slinger so I'm going to bow out of this convo now due to the volatile destination this conversation would invariably lead to.
